Another in the Family Neo-Con

It has been revealed that David L. Norquist, the younger brother of Grover Norquist was recently nominated by Bush as Chief Financial Officer of the Homeland Security Department.  Grover is the neo-conservative leader most well known for his statement that their objective is to “shrink the size of the Federal government until you can drown it in a bathtub.”  Apparently he had a family-size tub in mind.
