Are we winning?

Attacks by the Iraqi resistance have returned to previous levels (prior to the mid-December elections) of an average of 400 a week. In fact, correlations suggest that resistance activity spikes when aggressive U.S. military activity is undertaken, such as in Falujah and Mosul.
